Project Flushing
The hour record is the purest effort in cycling. No drafting, no teammates, just an hour of pain. You can go faster but it won’t end any sooner. This coming Sunday, TBD racer, Ben will take on the hour record for Kissena Velodrome by attempting to pedal further than 27.3 miles in the time.
But the attempt doesn’t begin on the start line, it took months of preparation to get to the white paint. Project Flushing is a short film by Daghan that documents some of the effort behind the attempt and invites you to come along on Sunday. Follow along at #KissenaHour and we hope to see out at Kissena Velodrome on Sunday morning.
Also, as mentioned in our last post, if you want to support Ben in his hour attempt please donate to Fundraising to Restore the Kissena Velodrome
